Fabien Dumas – Biography

Fabien Dumas was born in 1976 in Fort de France, Martinique. He graduated from the Berlin University of the Arts, Germany, in 2003 with a Diplom Designer degree in Industrial Design. During his studies, Dumas gained valuable experience by working as a freelance designer on a variety of projects with renowned department stores such as KaDeWe in Berlin and Galeries Lafayette in Paris.

Since 2004, his works have been included in the collections of well-known design brands, including Ingo Maurer, Marset, DARK, and Studio Baas & der Herder. In addition to his independent projects, Fabien Dumas collaborated as a freelance designer with Arne Quinze at Quinze&Milan in Kortrijk, Belgium, in 2006.

His designs are characterized by a blend of creativity, innovative use of materials, and a unique aesthetic vision, marking him as a prominent figure in the contemporary design world.
